Emonstrate that intracardiac intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) (red) is dramatically increased in the former. Fibrinogen (green) was greatly increased outside the endothelium (von Willebrand factor labeled red) in the LPS group compared with rats treated with saline.
