After 18 h, supernatants were immunoprecipitated with anti–IL-12 p35, anti–IL-23 p19, or anti–IL-12/23 p40 mAbs and resolved in nonreducing SDS-PAGE (A) or were tested by ELISA (B) for IL-12 p75, IL-23, and IL-10. Results in A are representative of three independent experiments.
