<p>Fluorescence intensity histograms of P<sub>HIV</sub> + RCPNs and P<sub>HIV</sub> + RCPNs + T<sub>1</sub> with the use of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 µL of RCPNs in this system ([P<sub>HIV</sub>] = 50 nM; [T<sub>1</sub>] = 300 nM). Excitation was at 480 nm, and the emission was monitored at 518 nm. All measurements were done in Tris-HCl buffer in the presence of 15 mM Mg<sup>2+</sup> (pH: 7.4).</p
