Investigation of the influence of the amount of RCPNs on the system.

<p>Fluorescence intensity histograms of P_HIV + RCPNs and P_HIV + RCPNs + T₁ with the use of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 µL of RCPNs in this system ([P_HIV] = 50 nM; [T₁] = 300 nM). Excitation was at 480 nm, and the emission was monitored at 518 nm. All measurements were done in Tris-HCl buffer in the presence of 15 mM Mg²⁺ (pH: 7.4).
