The CD data was collected between 195 and 260 nm, with protein concentrations of 0.2 mg/ml (PfN–PCoil) or 0.3 mg/ml (PfN), in 20 mM phosphate buffer (Na<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4/</sub>NaH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>), 100 mM NaCl, pH 7.4. Measurements were taken in a 0.5 mm path length cell.</p
