The shapes represent the functional class of each gene. <b>B.</b> qRT-PCR analysis validated microarray data of selected genes dysregulated in the wild type mice fed alcoholic diet compared to the controls. Fold changes in log10 scale are presented. qRT-PCR was performed with gene-specific primers using SYBR Green chemistry. Each sample was analyzed in quadruplicate.</p
