Transcriptional expression of some chemokines and receptors on LX-2 cell line stimulated with SEA.

<p>Results of Real Time PCR showed that expressions of CCL2 (P = 0.026), CXCL9 (P = 0.0019), CXCL10 (P<0.001), CCR2 (P = 0.0013) and CCR5 (P = 0.0145) were significantly decreased. Each SEA treated group was compared with control group (medium only). Values (Means±SEM) represented the mean of more than three independent experiments and P values of one-Way ANOVA statistical analysis (Newman-Keuls Multiple Comparison Test for analysis of two groups) were shown. Each treated group (SEA 5, 10, 20 µg/ml) was compared with control group (0 µg/ml). *, P<0.05; **, P<0.01.
