<p>TIME cells transfected with scrambled control siRNA or siRNA against CD44 or HYAL2 were grown on Matrigel or on plastic dishes. RNA was extracted, reversely transcribed and subjected to real time PCR. Gene expression of the chemokines CXCL9 and CXCL12 and their receptors CXCR3 and CXCR4, respectively, were determined, as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0090921#s2" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>. A representative experiment out of three performed in triplicates with similar results is shown ± SD.</p
