<p>Real-time PCR measurements of the mRNA expression levels for <i>MCM1</i> (black), <i>SWI4</i> (red), <i>SWI5</i> (green), <i>NDD1</i> (purple) and <i>HIS3</i> (cyan). The measurements were done on cells collected from the same chemostat experiments as in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0045184#pone-0045184-g002" target="_blank">Figure 2</a>, for strains pSwi5-<i>HIS3</i> (a,b), pSwi4-<i>HIS3</i> (c), and pNdd1-<i>His3</i> (d-f). Note that a and b are repeated experiments, d and e are “twin” chemostats decoupled just prior to the switch to 3AT and f is a repeated experiment.
