Panel B: averaged densitometry results from all animals analyzed (n = 7 for KO; n = 12 for WT), standardized to GAPDH band densities to ensure equal protein loading. The molecular weight of each of the bands as determined in comparison with rainbow markers was consistent with the known weight of the target protein (<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0046719#pone-0046719-t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a>).
