<p>Sedimentation velocity measurements were made at 4°C and 40,000 rpm. The c(s, ff<sub>0</sub>) distributions calculated with SEDFIT, have been corrected to 20,w conditions. This analysis was repeated with at least two different enzyme preparations. In order to further validate the sedimentation pattern the enzyme preparations were resubjected to gel filtration prior to repeating the analysis.</p
