Biodistribution of Ad vector gene expression following intravenous administration.

<p>A single dose of 1×10¹¹ v.p. of Ad5Luc-1 (open columns) or Ad5Luc1-PK (filled columns) was administered intravenously into the tail vein of C57BL/6 mice. Luciferase activity in tissue lysates was measured 48 hours post-injection and is presented as relative light units (RLU) per milligram of total protein in the lysate. This experiment was performed independently two times with six animals per vector group each time. The results of a single experiment are presented.
