<p>OASFs were pretreated with c-Met inhibitor, Ly294002, Akt inhibitor, and rapamycin for 30 min (A) or co-transfected with c-Met and mTORC1 siRNA or p85 and Akt mutant (B) before exposure to HGF. HRE luciferase activity was measured 24 h after HGF treatment, and the results were normalized to the β-galactosidase activity and expressed as the mean ± S.E. for three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Results are expressed as the mean ± S.E. *, <i>p</i><0.05 compared with control; #, <i>p</i><0.05 compared with HGF-treated group.</p
