MiR-328 suppresses U87MG cell proliferation <i>in vitro</i>.

<p>(A) MTT assay showed that U87 cell growth was significantly inhibited by miR-328 mimics. (B) Cell cycle analysis demonstrated that ectopic expression of miR-328 caused U87 MG cell S-phase arrest. (C) Clonogenic assay indicated that miR-328 mimics could suppress U87MG cell clone formation. (D) KIF23 protein was measured by western blot, and the result showed that miR-328 can modulate KIF23 expression.
