<p>DCs from C57BL/10ScNJ (TLR4-defficient) or C57BL/10J (wild type) mice were incubated with BLS-OVA<sub>257–264</sub> (BLS-OVAp), OVA or PBS. CD8+ cells from OT-I mice were stained with CFSE and added to the DCs. At 20 h, non-adherent cells were removed and analyzed by FACS. A: Bars represent the mean percentage of specific CD8+ cells that proliferated (gated on CFSE+cells)+SD (n = 6). B: Mean percentage of CD8+ cells expressing CD69+SD (n = 6). *p<0.05 compared to PBS. Data from two independent experiments have been pooled.</p
