<i>RBMS3</i> arrests cell cycle at the G1/S checkpoint.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Representative and summary of DNA content detected by flow cytometry showed that the percentage of cells in the S phase was lower while the percentage of cells in the G1 phase was higher in SUNE1-RBMS3 cells than that in SUNE1-V1 cells.
