<p>All experiments were performed at 20°C. Statistical analysis was performed comparing <i>rab-7/+</i> heterozygotes with <i>rab-7(ok511)</i> homozygotes for each vulval mutant background. <i>rab-7(ok511)</i> is balanced in trans by <i>mIn1(+)</i>, <i>rab-7(ok511)</i> is marked in cis with bli-2(e768) in the strain containing let-60(n1876).
