<p>PCR products were separated on agarose gel and stained with ethidium bromide to display amplified products. The figure shows the base pair ladder (L), positive control (P), negative control (N) and representative samples with/without positive bands. Samples 3, 5–7, 9, 11, 14 and 17 are positive while the others did not display the positive band.</p
