Heme regulated genes in endothelial cells.

<p>Hierarchical cluster analysis of differentially expressed genes in primary lung endothelial cells, PMVECs (A) and PAECs (B) successfully segregates cultures treated with vehicle from those treated with 5 µM hemin. The unpaired student's t-test was used on a gene-by-gene basis to test for differential expression between hemin and vehicle-treated cultures.
