<p>(A–C) Immunohistochemisty of poly(ADP-ribose) (PAR). PAR expression was localized in the cytosol of cells of the non-ischemic control retina and LBP-treated I/R retina (arrow heads in A & C). However, PAR expression was found inside the cell nuclei of the vehicle-treated retina (arrow in B). (D–F) Immunohistochemistry of nitrotyrosine (NT). A minimal NT expression was seen in the non-ischemic control retina (D). However, an increased level of NT immunoreactivity was noted in the vehcle-treated I/R retina and LBP-treated I/R retina (E & F).
