Splenocytes from <i>T. cruzi</i>-infected mice produce a different cytokine profile when stimulated with cardiac autoantigens than those from HKTC-immunized mice.

<p>A/J mice were infected with <i>T. cruzi</i>, or immunized with HKTC, HKLA, or PBS.
