PENERAPAN STANDAR TATA RUANG KANTOR PADA SUB BAGIAN AKADEMIK FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN ILMU POLITIK UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO

As a front office, the office space of the Academic Sub-Devision of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Diponegoro University uses an open office layout. In the arrangement should pay attention to the arrangement of spatial standards are good and comfortable, so that in the use of the room in accordance with the type of arrangement. This research was conducted at the office space of Academic Sub Division of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Diponegoro University. The author uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach by using the sources of informants of the employees of the Sub Division Academic Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Diponegoro University and students. There are 3 (three) phenomena observed are: First system of application of standard of office layout, second arrangement of furniture and office equipment, light, air, and color and the third obstacle or obstacle experienced in office space Academic Sub Division Faculty of Social and Politic. Result of research which have been done, there is application of standard of open type office layout. Constraints experienced is the arrangement of furniture in the room has not been arranged neatly because of the many piles of files that exist, thus disturbing employees work. The solution to overcome this is the need for routine activities for employees to clean up their work envi ronment and add filling cabinet for new and old documents
