ANALISIS TATA RUANG KANTOR PADA BIRO KEPEGAWAIAN KEMENTERIAN AGAMA REPUBLIK INDONESIA SEKRETARIAT JENDERAL JAKARTA PUSAT

This scientific work aim to find out about the office layout at Religion Ministry of Republic Indonesia Secretariat General.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the data of collection method through the literature study and observation participate. From the result of this paper can be seen that the arrangement of office space and facilities should be planned well and right, pay attention to the environment as well as the physical condition of the office layout and knowing that, in order to increase the performance of employees at work requires good space planning office, effectiveness and efficiency.
