<p>After H37Ra and morphine administration, the lungs were harvested from wild type and TLR9 KO mice and CFU counts were determined as described under <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0009205#s3" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>.
