<p>PS-1 (M146L) AD and control human skin fibroblasts treated with 25 nM BK (A) or 250 nM BK (B) for 0–30 min were immunoblotted for active p38 with phospho-epitope specific antibodies and analyzed by ECL. Fold activation was quantified as a percentage of basal activation in buffer treated cells (0 min) normalized to tubulin and is graphically represented for active p38 (A–B).
