<p>Total RNA was extracted from the livers of three wild-type (WT; open symbols) and three <i>Clock</i> mutant (<i>Clk</i>; closed symbols) mice maintained under a 12 h light/12 h dark cycle (lights on at 0∶00 and lights off at 12∶00) and then <i>C/ebpα</i> expression was determined by RT-PCR. Maximal value for wild-type mice is expressed as 100%. Each time point comes from average of three mice. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 3, *: p<0.01).</p
