a<p>PBMCs were treated with equal amounts of intact or lysed exosomes from non-induced or chemically induced Raji cells, EBV-encoded dUTPase (0.1 or 10 µg/ml), Pam3csk4 (0.1 µg/ml) or left untreated, as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0069827#s2" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>.
