Dose-dependent effect of FG08 on cellular K⁺ efflux by <i>S.cerevisiae</i> strain W303.

<p>Cells growing in YPD medium were washed and suspended in 10-NaOH buffer, pH 6.5, 25 mM glucose with FG08 at concentrations of 20 (•), 50 (□) or 100 (▴) µg mL⁻¹ or kanamycin B at 50 µg mL⁻¹ (◊). Controls (×) were not treated with FG08 or kanamycin B. Error bars represent data compiled from three separate experiments.
