Co-localization of γ-tubulin and fodrin in neuroblastoma and glioblastoma cell lines.

<p>U373 and IMR32 cell lines were immunostained with antibodies in 1∶200 dilution against α fodrin (red) and γ-tubulin (green). Secondary antibodies were used in 1∶500 dilution. The magnified image of a single cell where co-localization occurs is shown as inset. Arrowheads mark co-localization and arrows illustrate absence of co-localization. Cells were maintained in DMEM supplemented with 5% fetal calf serum and antibiotics. HeLa cells were used as negative control.
