Representative Western blots to determine the platelet content of phosphorylated NOS3 at Ser¹¹⁷⁷ before and after collagen (3.5 µg/mL) stimulation of ASA-sensitive and ASA-resistant platelets.

<p>The expression of β-actin was used as loading protein control. At the bottom, is represented the densitometric analysis of all the Western blots (ASA-sensitive n = 10; ASA-resistant n = 10). The densitometric analysis is shown as densitometric arbitrary units (A.U.). Results are represented as mean ± SEM *p<0.05 with respect to the corresponding experiment in absence of collagen.
