<p>Various concentrations (ranging from 10 to 0.0001 µg/ml) of the monomeric (FlagV1M) and pentameric (FlagV1P) forms of a flagella-specific V<sub>H</sub>H were used in ELISA. Absorbance data were normalized to represent equal amounts of the monomeric and pentameric V<sub>H</sub>H formats. Solid squares represent pentabody and open squares monomeric V<sub>H</sub>H.
