Black dots are the data points and the red curves are the fitting of the data to a 1∶1 interaction model. (C) The sensograms of FlagV1M (in red) and FlagV1P (in blue) were overlaid to show that a slower off-rate is obtained as a result of pentamerization indicating an increase in the functional affinity (avidity) of FlagV1P.</p
