Enhanced PI3K signaling in <i>Col17a1^−/−</i> keratinocytes.

<p><b>A</b>, Keratinocytes derived from wild type (Ctrl) and <i>Col17a1⁻</i>^{<b><i>/</i></b><i>−</i>} mice were lysed and equal amounts of total protein were immunoblotted with phospho-Akt and total Akt antibodies.
