Western blot analyses of recombinant NA and F proteins co-expressed in MZC13NA/F infected CEF cells.

<p>CEF lysates prepared from the MZC13NA/F-infected CEF cells were subjected to SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The blotted membrane was blocked and reacted with mouse anti-pp38 monoclonal antibodies H19, mouse anti-NA polyclonal serum and chicken antiserum raised against NDV followed by HRPO-conjugated goat anti-mouse or chicken IgG antibodies and ECL Western blotting detection reagents. The prestained molecular size marker was included in the same gel and three experiments were accomplished independently.
