Effects of β-HB on lipid peroxidation, glutathione level and antioxidant enzyme activities in BSMCs.

<p>Cells were incubated 24 h with β-HB (0, 0.6, 1.2, 2.4 or 4.8 mM) in serum-free medium. The levels of MDA and GSH, as well as SOD and CAT activities were assayed by the methods as shown in 5.10–5.13.
