<p>Different amounts of heparin corresponding to final concentrations of 0.5 to 10 µg heparin per 10 µl of complex were added to C6M1-siRNA complexes at different molar ratios. The stability of complexes were analyzed by electrophoresis on agarose gel (1.2% wt/vol) stained with ethidium bromide. For better comparison, the siRNA bands of four independent gels were put in the same image.</p
