<p>Supercoiled plasmid pIRES (6.1 kbp) incubated with different doses of <sup>99m</sup>Tc-APMED in 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 (TE buffer) with 4% Tween 80 for 12 h at 4°C. 100 ng DNA was loaded into each lane. The line scan and doses (Decay/pIRES) of each lane are presented below the gels. Sc: supercoiled plasmid; L: linear DNA; C: relaxed circular DNA; M: DNA marker. (A) Without DMSO. The plasmids in Lane Sc, L, and C were not irradiated. (B) With 5 mM DMSO. Sc, Sc1, and Sc2 were control lanes. Sc: TE buffer only; Sc1: with 4% Tween 80; Sc2, L, C: with 4% Tween 80 and 5 mM DMSO.</p
