RT-PCR analysis of mouse CCL3, CCL5, and CCL7 gene expression.

<p>Relative expression levels are normalized to Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GADPH). Statistical analysis was performed using a two-tailed Student's T-test of N9, BZK, and Tenofovir samples (3 replicates) compared to vehicle controls (*** = p≤0.001, ** = p≤0.01,* = p≤0.05, NS = not significant).
