KRT6 mRNA expression after estrogen deprivation in MCF-7 cells.

<p>MCF-7 cells were grown in phenol red-free Alpha MEM supplemented with 5% charcoal-stripped FBS for 3 days. Cells grown for 3 days in presence of 17β-estradiol (10 nM) were used as control. The mRNA expression was measured by Q-rt-PCR and the relative expression levels of each gene were related to TBP mRNA. The results presented are mean values with SEM from 3 biological replicates.
