<p><b>(A)-(F)</b><i>cgi-58</i>, but not <i>atgl-1</i>, limits the formation of lipid droplet aggregates in both control and AMPK mutant dauer larvae. Dauer larvae were stained with C<sub>1</sub>-BODIPY-C<sub>12</sub> 32 hours after being shifted to 25°C. Lipid droplets were subsequently isolated from the stained dauer larvae. Scale bar = 10 μm.
