<p>Mouse splenocytes were collected at 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 22, 30, 45 dpi, and stimulated with synthesized <i>T</i>. <i>gondii</i> peptides <i>in vitro</i>. Concentration of IFN-γ in the supernatant was detected by ELISA. Neg, negative control; Pep, splenocytes stimulated by peptides; ConA, positive control.
