<p>After incubation for 24 hours, the mRNA expression of the indicated genes was analyzed using real-time RT-PCR. The fold-change during hypoxia is expressed relative to the level in normoxia. <i>VEGF</i> and <i>FGF–2</i> expression in hypoxia was significantly higher than in normoxia.
