<p>To investigate the post-transcriptional effect of IL-17A, BEAS-2B cells were treated with actinomycin D 3 h after stimulation with poly(I:C) (2.5 μg/mL) with/without IL-17A (100 ng/mL). We plotted expression of CXCL8 and CXCL1 mRNA at 0, 30, 60, 120 and 180 min after actinomycin D addition. (A) The IL-17A and poly(I:C) co-stimulation group showed a continuously high level of CXCL8 mRNA expression even after actinomycin D addition, compared with the poly(I:C) alone group.
