<p>(A) By a CTGF ELISA kit, the basal levels of the release of CTGF in the culture medium of orbital fibroblasts were determined. (B) The mean value of the release of CTGF in the cultured medium was determined from 5 GO orbital fibroblasts and 5 age-matched controls.
