Bcl-rambo did not bind to Drob-1/Debcl or Buffy.

<p>HEK293T cells were transfected with (+) or without (–) expression vectors for FLAG-tagged Bcl-rambo or FLAG-tagged Buffy together with VSV-tagged Buffy or VSV-tagged Drob-1/Debcl for in the presence of zVAD-fmk (20 μM) for 16 h. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody-conjugated beads. Immunoprecipitates (IP) were analyzed by Western blotting using an anti-VSV antibody. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting using anti-FLAG, anti-VSV, and β-actin antibodies. Data were representative of three independent experiments.
