Ig-subtypes induced in mice immunized with <i>ΔE1B55K</i>rhFLSC.

<p>Sera collected from immunized mice were diluted and used in ELISA assays to examine IgG1 and IgG2a subtypes and Ig-isotypes produced against rhFLSC protein, HIV_BaLgp120 protein or Ad5 particles. Mean endpoint titers plus SEM for each mouse are shown. No differences in endpoint titers were observed between MAd5rhFLSC and the <i>ΔE1B55K</i>rhFLSC viruses for rhFLSC protein, HIV_BaLgp120 protein or Ad5 particles by ANOVA. Each experiment was performed in duplicate and repeated 1 to 4 times.
