HIV-1 gp120-specific IgG response in C57Bl/6 wild type mice immunized with DP6-001 vaccine with different adjuvants.

<p>Total gp120-specific IgG was measured by ELISA in sera collected 7 days after final protein boost, in week 13. Protein boosts were formulated with QS-21 (red), Al(OH)₃ (green), MPLA (blue), or ISCOMATRIX™ adjuvant (IMX) (purple). Naïve mice (black) received ‘mock’ saline injections in lieu of immunization. (A) Temporal gp120-specific IgG response was determined by ELISA using pooled sera samples from each group collected at two-week intervals. (B) gp120-specific endpoint IgG titer in was determined by ELISA using individual serum samples collected in week 13. (C) Endpoint IgG isotype profiles were determined by ELISA using individual serum samples collected in week 13. (D) Th1/Th2 ratio of IgG isotype responses was determined by comparing IgG2c/IgG1 ratio. Statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-test (*: p < .05, **: p < .01, ***: p < .001).
