Sera from mice vaccinated with MAd5rhFLSC or the <i>E4</i>-deletion variants differentially recognize Ad antigens.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Equal amounts of recombinant rhFLSC protein, HIV_BaLgp120 protein, or lysate from CV-1 cells collected 48 hpi were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and exposed to pooled sera from mice vaccinated with the indicated viruses. The washed blots were then exposed to HRP conjugated anti-mouse IgG. (<b>B</b>) Similarly, blots of HIV_BaLgp120 protein and lysate from CV-1 cells collected 48 hpi were incubated with pooled mouse sera and then with HRP conjugated anti-mouse IgG1 or to HRP conjugated anti-mouse IgG2a as indicated.
