Red light response of <i>ROC15</i> and other mRNAs.

<p>Early log phase TAP liquid cultures (approximately 5 x 10⁵ cells/mL) of WT and <i>b16</i> were adapted to darkness for one day, and then exposed to red light (200 μmol∙m^-2∙s^-1) for 2 h. DCMU was added to the cultures before dark adaptation at a final concentration of 10 μM. <b>(A, B)</b> RT-qPCR result of <i>ROC15</i> (A) and other genes (B).
