<p>Overlap between <i>sly1-2</i> AR-regulated genes with <i>GID1b-OE</i>-regulated genes at 0h (0h <i>sly1-2</i> ARvsD ∩ 0h GIDvsD) is shown in a Venn diagram. The three heatmaps correspond to the three areas of the Venn diagram: the top 50 AR-regulated genes that were not <i>GID1-OE</i>-regulated (light blue), the 5 <i>GID1-OE</i>-regulated genes that were not AR-regulated (orange), and the 8 <i>GID1b-OE</i>-regulated genes that were AR-regulated (brown).
