The effects of PF1171A (1) and PF1171C (2) on the tube-forming ability of the HUVECs.

<p>Serum-starved HUVECs were stimulated with VEGF (30 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> (25 and 50 μM). The basal levels of capillary tube formation of the HUVECs that were incubated in serum-free media without VEGF were normalized to 100%. *<i>P</i> < 0.01 versus the VEGF control.
